It was good. I do feel like the team talks over me when I try to communicate my concerns. I get they are trying to problem solve, but they are not active listeners when the customer is expressing their concerns. Instead of empathy it's more "that could not be the problem and here is what is the problem". So when that happens, it does not bring out my best side either LOL.
