If you advertise a lower lease on your website, why don't you just offer it to your customer? Why do you charge them a higher lease if they do not bring up the lower advertised price? (i.e. you advertised a 2020 TLX for $229 a month with $1999 down with limited 7500 miles per year but paying over $300 per month for the same car with 7500 miles per year is significantly higher). All other things (fees, credit score, etc are common)

Service and the people that I felt with were great they kept me in form what was going on. Theo my thing was that there was a problem with was that they could not update the clock. Not the dealership probablem but the soft ware updates suck.

Personel friendly and informative. Service efficient. After checking my problem gave me a loaner. Explained what my problem was and approximate cost . Drove off in a clean newer car for the day. The following Day car was ready for pick up in pristine condition.
