Carlos was our salesman and he is by far the best most honest we’ve ever had.

I had an excellent experience. The Service Rep was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was wrong with my car, even though they ran multi tests on it and would not listen to him. He sent me home with a vehicle for the weekend until the problem was resolved. My dad even found the problem on youtube video (which was exactly what he was saying). Once that was fixed, the battery stayed charged. You need more like him. I do like your establishment. I came originally from Charlotte NC and was used to excellent service. I lived in plant city fl for a while and had been to the acura dealership in Lakeland and was not pleased at all. It is nice to be able to trust a dealership again.
