sales man was great, everybody was great. the only thing not making 5 starts for me is the acura link acct was not updated. when i called acuralink, she said its still with the old owner and i have to fax some paperworks to update the files. it should have been done by the dealership.

For the first time in 3 cars I had a problem with my air conditioning that required me to return my Acura RDX about 3 times before the problem was fixed ! I received the same excellent service and friendly helpful staff each time. The service department Dennis and all the service personnel were determined to fix the problem. They fixed my car and all is well. I was given a loaner car while the mechanics worked on my car and it didn’t negatively affect my daily life or my confidence in ACURA!!!
