My Acura MDX 2017 was just in for a recall, but the service staff provided quick and efficient repairs and I was back on the road in less than one hour. I only wish there was something that could be done to fix my transmission. I have owned the car for a little over a year and the transmission continues to shift in a jerky and nonsmooth pattern. The service techs tell me that is the way the system operates. Too bad as I like the car once I achieve my desired speed.

My recent service experience was excellent. Upon my arrival I was greeted pleasantly, the required service was explained, and the waiting area was comfortable and well stocked with drinks and snacks. The wait was more than reasonable. My sales person even came over to me to see how I was and how I liked my vehicle! When my vehicle was ready, it was nice and clean. A very well run, customer oriented service department.
