Great people and service

I have confidence in our Dodge dealer, Arrigo Dodge of Ft. Pierce. There was a glitch with our back up camera installation. We were told the instructions for wires were printed backwards, which we felt was an excuse by the technician for being unable to originally find a technical problem with his wiring. But he finally figured it out, or somebody did. I prefer an upfront "sorry, we screwed up initially" rather than a hokey excuse. But we're still happy and will return for further service in the future.

They took my car at my appointment time. Since a loaner was not available I needed my recall item completed promptly so I could make an 11:30 appointment. The work was completed on time and even took the time to add air to tires to address my low tire pressure light. A job well done!
