Seamless and my expectations were met

Alvin my salesman was great and very knowledgeable about the car I purchased.

My car needed an update due to a recall. The process went very smoothly, the only problem was Acura headquarters, everyone at Coggin was great especially Raphael. I am an old muscle car guy, so I know engines, my thoughts are why would you only change the rod bearing not also the mains? I'm sure the bearings are from the same manufacturer so the only reason has to be cost, not to ensure proper running of the engine! I thought Honda was a better company than that.

Lots of praise to their service personnel manager Dennis and his entire staff. Larry helped us with this service this week and Dominic with our other car last week.

Larry in the Service Department cared for me and the service and attention were very good.

Daniel and his team made sure I got what I wanted and got me where I needed to be monthly ! It was such a good experience.

Stephanie was very helpful in getting tires on my car in a short turnaround!
