My TSX was picked up by valet for service on Thursday 9/5 and it was determined that the steering rack was leaking. After obtaining a part, the rack was replaced. Also, got an oil change. Vehicle returned on 9/7. After driving the car, noticed stiffened power-assist steering and a less comfortable ride. Vehicle returned to Coggin on 9/18 by valet, and it was determined that the power steering pump needed replacing. Part replaced complimentary, which was incredibly nice. Steering about the same. Ride was still the same, most likely to the new part. Dennis, Stephanie, Bill, and Dom always very pleasant and professional to work with, which is why I get all my service done at Coggin.

I scheduled an appointment online to have the oil changed and tires rotated. When I checked in with Dominic in the service department I confirmed the 2 services to be done that day and he wrote it in the work order. Was told it id be done within 2 hours. I waited 2.5 hours for the work to be done. Was told by the service mgr. that everything was completed and my car was good to go. When I got home and reviewed the paperwork I discovered the tire rotation wasn’t done. I called Larry Lambert and he apologized for the oversight saying it was his fault. He said just come in we can do it today. But since I live 40 minutes away I told him I couldn’t come back. Also offered a discount t in my next oil change. Frustrated the work wasn’t done as requested.
