Stephanie was on top of communication, got me scheduled for the next day for a recall service, reviewed the items with me that came up in inspection, and coordinated my drop off and delivery. Excellend service!

Mostly everything was fine except I did not get a resolution to my "low tire pressure" alert. The next day after my service, the alert came back. I went to a tire [place to get it resolved. They found a leak and applied an internal patch.

Stephanie did an amazing job making sure to give her all in the effort to have my cylinder head and gasket repaired under the good will warranty. I am very happy with the outcome of the repair cost. The only thing that would’ve made my experience better is if it would’ve been done for free. Lol. My only thing is the moonroof was not fixed when it was under warranty when it was making noise and at times would not close, it was not fixed and now I’m told I have to pay to have it fixed, which does not make me happy. Unfortunately, the time for it being covered under warranty has passed, but I believe it should be taken care of under good will as well due to the fact it was not addressed when I requested to have it fixed under warranty. I was told it would take too long to take it all apart and fix it but now I am stuck with a malfunctioning moonroof at times and I’m being asked to pay to have it fixed. I’m willing to pay $500 to fix the moonroof due to the circumstances and being so happy with Stephanie’s stellar service advisor skills.
