Called in to have my vehicle serviced by valet. Since the dealership brought me a loaner, I did not visit the dealership this time. Very pleasant dealing with Dennis and Stephanie. Service took a couple of days, as part needed to be ordered, shipped, Installed, and tested .Service completed and car was delivered back to my Residence. Everything went smoothly . Interesting ride characteristics when driving the car – a little bit more sporty than before. Easier to speak in person on phone, rather than back-and-forth with text. It is always a pleasant and professional experience at Coggin.

I started the purchase online and after all the negotiating I ended up the dealer to finalize the purchase. Everyone was great and the whole experience was excellent. If I had to complain about one thing it would be having to wait for the finance person to sing the paperwork. It seems they only had one person and he was being shared with the Honda dealer next door.

Excellent customer service from the day I purchased the car!

Mostly everything was fine except I did not get a resolution to my "low tire pressure" alert. The next day after my service, the alert came back. I went to a tire [place to get it resolved. They found a leak and applied an internal patch.
