Michael then joined in and he listened to our concerns and tried his best to work with us until we got to where we wanted to be so we ended up doing the trade- in and leaving with a new car. Carlos was ever so patient with me. I drove the silver Integra, then the red Integra, then the silver Integra (again) and finally, the red Integra (again). I walked the car lot, asked about the blue Integra. When he asked if I would like to drive it, I said yes. By the time he got back with the key, I had changed my mind.....no, I did not want to drive it. What does this Integra have that THAT Integra doesn't? Finally, it came down to my standing in the lot trying to decide between the 2025 silver Integra and the 2024 red Integra. Carlos waited. The red won out and not just because it was $4,000 off the sticker price. Mainly because it wasn't boring. All this transpired over several visits. Carlos was always calm and ready to assist me in any way he could. He is an asset to the Coggin Acura dealership.

Wife was pleased with the service. Wait time good.
