Service was excellent as always!

- service was a bit slow. 2 hours for an oil change is too long. - Acura needs to get the dealers set up to do GPS updates. My 2022 was shipped with 2020 software.

My day did not start great as I ended up at the dealership with a blown out tire. However, the Service Manager, Dennis Angle, was amazing from our very first interaction. I believe that he represents what true customer service should look like. Mr. Angle listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to help me resolve my issues and when it came time to make the tough decisions, he stepped in and resolved the issue rather than allowing me to go around in circles in frustration. I call this second-mile service. He nailed it! Thank you Coggin Acura I will always remember our outstanding service!!!
