I had the best experience. I called before I went in the dealership to see if they had the vehicle I wanted there with the color I was wanting as well. I went in within an hour after hanging up. I was greated right away by Alvin Lyons and Dwayne. I wanted to take the car I was interested in for a ride. Alvin took me right away showed me some features I didn't even know about. They never pushed anything on me to buy or try selling me a different vehicle. I had to wait about 5 days before my husband could make it there. I put the deposit down to hold my car which is refundable if you change your mind. Alvin gave me his personal cell phone number and even said you can. All me on my day off. Which I did. He was very sweet.

I inquired about an RDX I saw online and Carlos was very attentive, knowledgeable, and answered any questions that I might have. I decided to drive over an hour to test drive the vehicles with Carlos. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, I was greeted and directed to the lounging area. Working with Carlos was a fairly painless and quick process as far as fine tuning and agreeing on the deal, then running my credit, and completing the paperwork.
