I received the highest level of customer service from Stephanie Mullholland, Assistant Service Manager and also want to thank Carlos Ferrer, Service Manager and General Manager, Melvin Burkett, for going out of their way to be of special assistance to me due to my recent incapacitated state from surgical intervention and inability to drive my vehicle to the dealership for the recent recall and inability to sit in my husband's truck to attend medical appointments while it was being serviced. The kindness and generosity of these individuals is unsurpassed.
