I was upset to think that I signed up for the gold service ($219.95) and when I was ready to pay my bill it was $258.88. I feel like I was deceived and believe that you should bundle everything up front instead of adding on to a service. I am giving 5 stars because of the experience with the manager and a great car wash!

Staff was super friendly and the waiting room was comfortable and provided coffee and snacks while waiting. The car came back fully washed which saved me a trip to the carwash! Thanks! I will be back for all things related to my Acura MDX
