Things got off to a slow start but the Service Manager took charge and my visit turned out to be great with everything planned being accomplished on time. Kudos to the Service Manager.

Dan Malave was in contact me through my first contact with Andy Roblero who sold me my 2020 Acura. Dan was very accommodating and wanted to give me the best deal on a new RX. He was able to work with the other purchase price and as a result, I bought my new 2024 RX on May 22. I was very sorry to learn that Dan had suffered a heart attack. I pray for his quick recovery. I was very impressed with Carlos, who was my sales advisor and walked me through the entire process of purchasing the car. He took his time and was very thorough with everything. He is truly an asset to the Coggin Acura family. Young Anthony Cantu, who is just learning the financial part of car purchasing , was very friendly and also very accommodating.
