Excellent service when my battery was dead.

Oil and fluid changes. However, AFTER my visit you people hound one to death with your checks to see how you did. You must be so insecure.

Everything was good EXCEPT it took THREE hours to get it done.

Things got off to a slow start but the Service Manager took charge and my visit turned out to be great with everything planned being accomplished on time. Kudos to the Service Manager.

Dan Malave was in contact me through my first contact with Andy Roblero who sold me my 2020 Acura. Dan was very accommodating and wanted to give me the best deal on a new RX.He was able to work with the other purchase price and as a result, I bought my new 2024 RX on May 22. I was very sorry to learn that Dan had suffered a heart attack. I pray for his quick recovery.I was very impressed with Carlos, who was my sales advisor and walked me through the entire process of purchasing the car. He took his time and was very thorough with everything. He is truly an asset to the Coggin Acura family. All went well except there were some communications issues with Text Messaging.

Rafael was a rock star and he did an EXCELLENT job had car in and out on a last minute trip when my dog had surgery up in WPB. This gave me ability to use my time wisely than having to drive 2 hours from Davie. I go to this dealership because there is no Acura dealership better than Coggin. Thanks to Carlos who paved the way for me here---spoiled me for sure! Never can go back to Pembroke Pines or any other one for that matter.
