Excellent and professional service experience. Was able to arrange appointment over the phone, modify the details on-line, and get diagnosis by text. SA called to confirm the needed repairs. SA (Ms. Mullholland) is super knowledgeable and friendly to work with. Easy to get loaner while service was being performed. A big thanks to Jack, our service technician. Please be sure to let him know we really appreciate the techs back in the shop! Minor notes: 1.No one initially available to greet me upon arrival in drive-up service bay...only about 5 minutes wait. 2. SA almost forgot about coupon to be applied to final bill.

Professional service given and attention to detail. Service Representative Stephanie kept me informed on the status of the vehicle as well as the recommended additional service. Also informed me of the current updates on the two recalls pending for my vehicle. Good job Stephanie!
