Stephanie is great. But, I had to replace a window switch that cost $500 for the 2nd time. She gave me 15% off good will and I appreciate that, but, I'm probably not going to buy another Acura. This was my 1st one.

The only issue was how long an oil change took as I was extremely tired that day

I came in to get an oil change, and to get a tire patched. I waited 5 mins to be greeted, which is reasonable, but longer than usual. I ended up needing two tire patches, which I thought would be covered because of the road Hazard warranty in place, but apparently patches are only covered for the first year. That was disappointing considering I usually don’t purchase tires from Acura, because there are better tires deals at other vendors. I opted to purchase tires at this service, when I needed my current set of tires, It was convenient, and I figured the road hazard warranty would comparable, and cover patches for the full warranty period. That was not the case, so in the future I am not likely to purchase tires at this service location. That said, the service was performed professionally and as expected. The car was returned clean, and my check out experience was quick and pleasant .

Very comfortable facility and knowledgeable staff.

Alvin Lyons, my sales representative, couldn't have made choosing an MDX as my next car any easier. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and no high pressure. He explained each step of the process and was diligent and friendly.

When compared to my previous in January 2023 it turned out to be the complete opposite which is why I gave it a Excellent Rating.
