It was good as usual

Alvin, Eric & Dwayne were great. They all were courteous and honest and kept me informed during the whole process. The dealership is nice and I appreciate that there weren't any exorbitant fees. I wish every dealership operated the same way. I'm overall very happy with the whole process.The only thing slightly negative that I could say is we picked up the vehicle instead of it being delivered. We live around 2.5 hours away from the dealership and agreed to buy the vehicle based on it being delivered to our house but I became antsy and picked it up instead. I'm sure this saved the dealership hassle and plenty of money for the delivery but I had to fill up the gas tank as soon as I left the dealership. I just assumed it would have a full tank of gas. This might not be standard for used vehicles but I would've expected it since we saved the dealership the delivery costs.

I’m a part time resident now in PSL. Your service department was extremely nice, efficient and helped me get in and out quickly so I wasn’t late for a Drs appointment. My wife and I love our Acura RDX and one key reason was ability to use service departments here in FL as well as our home state of MA.
