Everyone was very professional and my car was ready when promised.Having my car maintained by Coggin gives me a great deal of confidencein my 2020 RDX.

Good and timely communication from Service Manager Stephanie and service was completed as requested.

Check in was somewhat backed up resulting in some confusion and delay in the process. Routine maintenance was performed plus a couple of filters after inspection. Whole process took more than 3 hours from appointment time. Tech supervisor was very understanding and took action to apologize>

everything was on time (as usual), oil change, inspection, car wash done in a speedy manner, advisors were professional, friendly, cordial

Stephanie was great at keeping me updated on my vehicle and answered all my questions. She’s very knowledgeable and professional.

Carlos (salesman) was very friendly. He was pleasant to talk with and had the feeling he was looking out for our best interest. After the purchase we came back to the location and Carlos took time to explain certain features on the car. I would have no problem dealing with Carlos, the manager, and the financial person.
