My car was there longer than I would’ve liked due to back ordered parts but I definitely appreciate the assistance during the process. Originally I was told it would be around April before I got my car back. I received several loaners over the few months while my vehicle was there, they always communicated updates and kept me informed on delays. I was also very happy to know that they kept my vehicle washed and cared for while in their car.

From scheduling my appointment to being greeted by Bill Martin, and then meeting Stephaine Mulholland, my service advisor, I couldn't have had a better experience at Coggin.

We traveled from Virginia to Florida to visit family. On the last part of I-95 at 2:00 am, the RDX malfunctioned and we had to pull off to the emergency lane. After turning off the car and starting it again we were able to get to our destination. I called and spoke with Stephanie later that morning and explained we had to travel to the Keys and back to Virginia. She asked me to bring the car in, which I did and she had someone from the Service Dept give me a ride to where we were staying. Within a couple of hours Stephanie called to say the problem was in a misfire of cylinder one and there had been a bulletin on the issue, but it was not a recall. Stephanie went a step further and contacted regional rep to advise the situation and to inform them that the car only had 34,000 miles on it. Stephanie not only was able to work in our Acura, she worked it out with the regional rep that we would not be billed for the repair. Stephanie was extremely pleasant to work with, and in my opinion, represented all the best qualities that a business could ask for. in closing my wife and I cannot say enough good things about the level and quality of service we received in a time of need.
