Service tech broke lost my keychain

Alex was very helpful both in explaining where we were in the process and in explaining about the tire tread. He also set my phone to the car which was very helpful.

Stephanie was excellent.I wish you still have the valet that the driver comes to your house with a loaner car, takes your car, it is serviced, and then he returns in. It takes 2 hours, round trip to get my car to you, pick up a loan and then come back to get my car and return home.

Alex did an exceptional job and keeping me informed of my car’s issues and the repairs needed. He was timely, honest, and fair.
