All was good from car drop off to final pick up. Service staff was very on top of their game keeping me informed with updates.

I did request to check the battery status and I was told it was "okay" however, it was retested at a different location, and it turns the battery is at the end of life which I do agree with as we forgot to turn off one the interior lights while we parked at a shopping plaza and the battery discharged in less than 2 hours, was this battery truly tested?

I was in need of a battery as I had difficulty starting my RDX. I contacted the dealership and Alex told me to come in and he would squeeze me in with out a wait. He did indeed squeeze me in without an appointed making my wait short and rewarding. Jack (mechanic) as always was efficient and timely.
