I was so glad to see Stephani my service advisor back... She once again helped me with all my service needs on my Acura 2017... Treated me with such kindness even though I have an old car. A lot of people come in with brand new cars, but I am not treated any different. Someday I will get a brand new Acura RDX ..Until then I will count on Stef and the team to keep Bessie running... Alex and all of my service people have been great too.... The woman behind the cashier counter is a breath of fresh air... So kind and nice... Thank you... Leslie Formisano

I did request to check the battery status and I was told it was "okay" however, it was retested at a different location, and it turns the battery is at the end of life which I do agree with as we forgot to turn off one the interior lights while we parked at a shopping plaza and the battery discharged in less than 2 hours, was this battery truly tested?
