My experience was absolutely amazing! I got along well with both the Salesmen and the Sales Manager. My budget was pretty set in what I wanted to pay as an overall cost for leasing a vehicle for 2 years. I had originally entered thinking that I the overall would be closer to what I had available based on an advertisement I saw, but learned that with some additional things the total overall was a bit out of the range. I felt everything that was presented was honest and therefore, did not feel any need to argue but rather take some more time to think about it. I was honest with the number I was thinking based on the advertisement I saw and what was within my budget. They politely asked that number was, so I told them. I felt bad because I'm sure it made their heart sink as much as mine did when I thought I wasn't going to be able to afford the car. They came through though and we were able to make a deal! I was extraordinarily happy with both my sales person and the manager. They went above and beyond to make my experience GREAT. My experience was so GREAT that I turned around and had my coworker sign a deal the same day for the same car but in a different color. They didn't just earn one happy customer, they earned two.
