Met with Carlos and he exceeded my expectations as a salesman very kind and polite. Waiting around for over an hour for finance or something I did not enjoy. Also I’ve never been to place where I’ve purchased the vehicle and never received copies of all my paperwork for my personal records. Also, the vehicle was not detailed it had dog fur in it, and the inside wasn’t cleaned out And from my understanding vehicle had been there since October !

First new car in 12 years so was not sure what to expect. Grant Marsh was the best! Demo’s the RDX, found one in red and delivered flawlessly. Trade in was more than fair. The dealership was very clean and appeared well run.
