Service was good but long wait

I was in need of a battery as I had difficulty starting my RDX. I contacted the dealership and Alex told me to come in and he would squeeze me in with out a wait. He did indeed squeeze me in without an appointed making my wait short and rewarding. Jack (mechanic) as always was efficient and timely.

Suzette was very patient throughout the whole process. Very kind and helpful showing us the car we were there to look at and ultimately purchased.

Met with Carlos and he exceeded my expectations as a salesman very kind and polite. Waiting around for over an hour for finance or something I did not enjoy. Also I’ve never been to place where I’ve purchased the vehicle and never received copies of all my paperwork for my personal records. Also, the vehicle was not detailed it had dog fur in it, and the inside wasn’t cleaned out And from my understanding vehicle had been there since October !
