Great experience at Coggin Acura. The senior sales representative, Jeffrey Eid made the process more than manageable. I was impressed with the communication, both in person and over the phone. Two things that impressed me was the video sent of the vehicle and his greeting when I arrived (he was definitely looking out for my arrival & didn't wait till I got inside). Overall I had a great experience and will recommend Coggin Acura to my friends and family. I also want to mention Lisa in finance, who made that part of the process quick & thorough. Great Service

Great experience from initial contact with sales manager Daniel, to sales with Carlos and Jeff. Jeff took all the time needed to explain the technology in my car to ensure I knew how to operate it when leaving the facility.
