I had a little different experience this time. I questioned a previous service suggestion and it was not on my inspection anymore and this is the 3rd time I did not receive a car wash. I used a warranty service for the first time and it took a week to get my car back. I had to call a few times for an update. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and my service is always fine. Just a different experience this time.
