This was the best car buyer experience I ever had. The sales associate Carlos was very helpful and didn’t waste our time. He was honest and caring.

Overall experience was great. Only downside is if you’re getting service done in your car and you don’t have someone picking you up, expect to stay the whole time at Acura because they don’t have loaners to give out.

The senior sales representative, Jeffrey Eid made the process more than manageable. I was impressed with the communication, both in person and over the phone. Two things that impressed me was the video sent of the vehicle and his greeting when I arrived (he was definitely looking out for my arrival & didn't wait till I got inside). My visit was a pleasant one and a bit of a surprise. Everyone expects to get berated by 'pushy car salesperson' and put through a gauntlet of unwanted xtra's and deal offers that just don't make sense. Not Coggin Acura. I had a very pleasant experience highlighted by professionalism and straight forward business. Jeff Eid was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in without overselling the car or himself. We spent enough time together to get a fair deal accomplished. Eric completed all the paperwork efficiently and provided me with helpful insights I was not aware of.
