I really enjoy my RDX and your dealership, but I've been concerned about the turnover in your service department. Every time I visit the dealership there's someone new working there. Alex did a great job Monday but I understand it is not his regular position. I'd like to know that I can count on a service rep each time to take care of my auto needs.
