My Wife and I were originally there for an oil change for our 2009 BMW 528i. While waiting and looking at new vehicles on the showroom floor, we were approached by sales staff Ronny McFarlane, he asked us if there’s anything we needed and or if we had Any questions , he told us not hesitate to ask him.We then started thinking about possibly updating our 2009 to a newer Certified pre- owned BMW and started a conversation with Ronnie about what he had available , Ronny was excellent and explained every detail that we inquired about and or wanted to know about for several different vehicles we saw on the lot and We traded in our 2009 for a 2020 BMW X5.I would just like to point out that Ronnie was not pushy and was extremely informative about all the options available and the use of the controls of all the BMWs that we were looking at , he was proficient with engine size, transmission, and using all the buttons in the vehicle and explaining what each use was for! He made Our experience Great!The entire Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful!

BMW at Fort Pierce Florida is not fair to their customers. I brought my car for a recall issue plus another issue that I believed caused by the reason for the recall. According the BMW dealership by inspection found three other issues with my vehicle. They first refused to offer a loaner car and kept my car for a full week Monday to Friday, because they didn't have the parts on hand. They also refused to change the part that the recall issued and did some kind of patched work. They also have me paid for the repair that was caused by the recall issue.
