Neal , my service advisor, was excellent. He clearly has excellent knowledge of the vehicle and what is required to have it performing perfectly.

Everything was good. I just had a wait when I arrived because the person who took my name forgot to give it to someone so the start up process was delayed for 30 minutes until I got up and told someone I had been there and no one has taken my keys yet. After that all went well. They were very busy.

Eric was fantastic. It was a holiday weekend. We were on vacation from out of state. We got a nail in our tire and needed a new one. Eric was very accommodating and everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to help us. We were one our way in no time. Very pleased with the way the whole experience was handled.
