Dennis Laymon was wonderful, and I really enjoyed dealing with him! Earlier, while waiting during a service visit, I was looking at the new 2021 430i Coupe', and Dennis welcomed me with a soft, helpful approach. Asking him about the new Gran Coupe', he comfirmed when the new models would appear. Remembering his patient assistance, I asked for him again when I was ready to purchase.
