We had braced for a long, perhaps overnight, wait for a solution and repair of our great 228, and we are extremely pleased with the quick solution repair. Robbie Harrison is person that I deal with at BMW. Anytime that I call or email him he gets me right in right away. He gets me a loaner car and addresses all of my needs for my vehicle. He does not try to make me buy things I do not need.
