I left my 750 LI with you for routine maintenance at 42,000 miles and when I got it back it was like new. I never realized what new spark plugs could do for a vehicle. The car is peppy and just wants to get up and go from the moment I touch the starter button. The car glistens both inside and out thanks to the maintenance done by the people at Coggins BMW, and this owner couldn't be happier.

I went in for a brake fluid flush. There has been a musty smell when I start the car for 6 months. This car is 2 1/2 years old and never experience a smell in any of my vehicles, so I mentioned it to the service adviser. He stayed they have a ozone treatment for $49.00. This is a $94,000 dollar car with full coverage for 4 years. This should be covered. Bob Salt
