Hard to schedule service online. Waiting area not very comfortable. Service rep was excellent. Not offered valet service.

I was impressed with the honesty of the team. Sarah Smoak went the extra yard. Greatly appreciated.

I have been a customer of COGGIN BMW since 2010. Charles McFarlane has always assisted with all purchases and leases. As a retired airline pilot of over forty years, I have always been impressed by his technical knowledge and patience explaining operational systems. It is always a pleasure to deal with him. I recently built a custom BMW X-7. The car was delivered to my house with a full tank of gas.The custom build and sales paper work took just a few minutes. The build was to take 6-8 weeks but it was delivered 2 weeks early, exactly the way I wanted the car.
