Hard to schedule service online. Waiting area not very comfortable. Service rep was excellent. Not offered valet service.

I recently built a custom BMW X-7. The car was delivered to my house with a full tank of gas.The custom build and sales paper work took just a few minutes. The build was to take 6-8 weeks but it was delivered 2 weeks early, exactly the way I wanted the car.

Generally the service was excellent . I was metn on time and the loaner was available on time as promised I was mildly disapointed that there was no oil change included with the service, requiring an additional 45 minute trip.
