I wanted to buy a very specific car, so my only option appeared to be an on-line purchase. The first four dealerships frustrated me with miscommunication, broken processes, and delays galore. Not so with Coggin BMW. Ethan, Yousef, and Anthony did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. A Zoom-like video chat helped me confirm that the car was as described. My car was delivered yesterday. The Coggin team made me a believer in on-line vehicle purchasing.
