I came to look at a vehicle I saw online and made an appointment. The sales rep Tom Annear forwarded me the Carfax ahead of time. Tom was very helpful and pleasant to work with during our visit. I had a problem with the worn dry rotted tires and Tom alerted management who gave me an allowance to purchase tires on my own. I was satisfied and purchased the vehicle along with an extended warranty.
