The technician was skilled, affable and prompt. He completed the mobile airbag replacement efficiently and with minimum disruption of our day. He gets five stars! The only down side was the extremely long time it took to get the replacement scheduled and the constant, voluminous reminders telling us to do so.

There was an issue with warning light ; rear passenger seat unlocked. I talked to the dealer who sold the car, and tried to fix it long distance over the phone. It didn’t work. Due to Covid, I didn’t want to drive 50 minutes to nearest dealer, Coggin, to fix it, and lived with the problem over 10 months. That warning light on dashboard hid other useful info normally displayed. An annoying problem. Service manager at Coggin understood right away, and have it fixed in no time.
