I was greeted by Neal, a service advisor, who set me up for some minor issues I was experiencing, and was very pleased that I was provided with a loaner as I live about 25 miles from the dealership. Rick, the service manager, has always been on top of all service issues, and Dave, Coggin’s sales manager, does the same. This dealership Provides great customer service....it makes it special to be the proud driver of a BMW.
