Before I make my comments I want to make it clear that my service advisor Ryan Consul did his usual outstanding job and kept me informed throughout why it took a week to have the 2009 BMW 328I. It took very long to find the correct control module, but what was upsetting was that we need to replace the 4 tires Continental tires with only 11522 miles, these tires were purchased with alignment at Coggins on August 2014, this car is used by my wife only to shop and go to the beach, why these tires only last for such low mileage. i would highly appreciate a phone call from a Continental tires manager. I was met as soon as I drove in. Taken right away to advisors office who already had information written up. The loaner vehicle was ready to go. I was kept updated throughout the day on how my vehicle was doing throughout the process. I was able to get my car back the same day.
