Excellent Service

Robbie is excellent and the service was as expected.

I received excellent service at Coggin's BMW. The Staff was great. Our BMW required additional sevice which we approved. After the additional service was completed the car was placed outside. After about 20 minutes nobody came to release my card. I asked one service person if there was an issue was car. She stated that people who complete the review were out to lunch and would not be back for another half hour. I asked her if I could complete review which she did, and I thanked her. I have no problem with the staff having lunch but I think someone should be their to complete the review and not have someone waiting almost an hour before my car was released.

The service is very professional, they do their job well. The lobby is comfortable, open and good coffee. The technician explain before, during and after all the services, needs and how to proceed.
