All that needed fixing and replacing was done they did a good job

My wife and I are new to Florida and needed a new car. We settled on an X5 and chose to purchase from Coggin in Fort Pierce. It was one of the best experiences I have had with the buying process because I was able to do most of the negotiating by phone. I was offered to complete the final steps of the sale without having to present myself at the dealership. However, I preferred to complete the paperwork face to face. The stay safe measures at Coggin were in place and we felt comfortable with the last stages of the purchase being conducted in the dealership. The car is an amazing piece of technology and design. We couldn't be happier.

The service reps were knowledgeable and helpful. The car seems to work great. They also made sure to get repairs done in a timely manner.

the special offer I came for was explained that it wouldn't be appropriate for my vehicle, prompting a somewhat different and more costly option. but ok, it made sense. it would have been MUCH better had that been explained when I made the appointment, as Coggin is about 1.15 hours each way from my home. but most annoying, I was left sitting over two hours for an oil change. I checked back and my rep was busy so I was told to check back again, which I did. finally when the two hour mark passed, I went back again and another rep got my rep. it was an oil change and took from 0830 to past 1400. that's a little silly. the work was done, and presumably done well. but that's still a little silly.
