The service manager went above and beyond the call of duty. I will definitely return to Coggin!

the special offer I came for was explained that it wouldn't be appropriate for my vehicle, prompting a somewhat different and more costly option. but ok, it made sense. it would have been MUCH better had that been explained when I made the appointment, as Coggin is about 1.15 hours each way from my home. but most annoying, I was left sitting over two hours for an oil change. I checked back and my rep was busy so I was told to check back again, which I did. finally when the two hour mark passed, I went back again and another rep got my rep. it was an oil change and took from 0830 to past 1400. that's a little silly. the work was done, and presumably done well. but that's still a little silly.

Extremely professional, white glove delivery service. This is my second vehicle purchased from then and has been a pleasure throughout.

Everyone was courteous, friendly and professional. Was surprised at the high cost of recommended repairs. I had the repairs done elsewhere at half the cost.

Jon and Carlos were great to deal with. Would definitely purchase here again and highly recommend to my family and friends. Thanks.

As always, service is excellent, advisors know their stuff and I rely on their input and, good coffee! Many thanks for the years of service.

Always friendly associates and the coffee is great

I have had zero issues with my vehicle, and the interface with the employees was superb

The customer service was outstanding and personalized. There was also a minimal wait time.

It was ok
