the special offer I came for was explained that it wouldn't be appropriate for my vehicle, prompting a somewhat different and more costly option. but ok, it made sense. it would have been MUCH better had that been explained when I made the appointment, as Coggin is about 1.15 hours each way from my home. but most annoying, I was left sitting over two hours for an oil change. I checked back and my rep was busy so I was told to check back again, which I did. finally when the two hour mark passed, I went back again and another rep got my rep. it was an oil change and took from 0830 to past 1400. that's a little silly. the work was done, and presumably done well. but that's still a little silly.

Extremely professional, white glove delivery service. This is my second vehicle purchased from then and has been a pleasure throughout.

Everyone was courteous, friendly and professional. Was surprised at the high cost of recommended repairs. I had the repairs done elsewhere at half the cost.
