service is excellent as is all the staff

We got off to a bad start as I had to wait 20 minutes for a service rep. It did not appear to be very busy. I asked the rep to call on my land line but he left a message about additional work on my wife’s cellphone which I didn’t receive. The valet service was very good. I had planned to wait but when I got there I was told there were a number of recalls and it would take too long. I’m sure part of these issues were Covid-19 related.

Excellent Service, time to wait very accurate,,service rep excellent...kept me posted on what was happening
