I had 2 blow outs on the evening of 4/9/23 and the car was towed to Coggins BMW. At 7:30 am the next morning, Robby, our service advisor called me to explain what they were going to do and he would call me when they inspected the car for any damage. He called me and told me what they found snd arranged for a loner. The car was finished that evening and we picked up the car the following morning.

The experience was exceptional! The salesman, Curtis was incredibly knowledgeable, low pressure, and customer focused. My original intent was to purchase a used M3, but after seeing a 2023 X1 M Sport my mind was changed. Curtis spent a few hours with my spouse and I and was patient with the change in plans. Audrey in finance was wonderful, polite, and respectful. This is my best experience buying a vehicle outside of direct delivery when I was a Zone Rep for another vehicle manufacturer. Thank you!
