Service was impeccable from the time I arrived as I was met as soon as I opened the door to get out. No second guessing what I had to do next. Service rep kept in touch by text and provided contact information if there was a need to reach out while I enjoyed snacks and a beverage in the customer lounge.

Was easy to schedule the IOU appointment to take care of issues on the used car I purchased. Waiting area was comfortable and light refreshments were appreciated. Was happy that they took care of an issue not specifically mentioned as an IOU since it was something that was likely an issue before I purchased the vehicle. It was refreshing not to have to haggle over this minor issue.
