I had called 6 weeks to get a service appointment, as I was going to be out of state and wanted service upon my return. When I arrived there was no record of my appointment. This was the ultimate test of SERVICE! Lady at reception asked me to wait in the customer area - by 9:10 I had a service rep meeting with me. This was only 10minutes after my appointment time! Service rep exceeded my expectations, as well! This is what I call excellent service and makes me proud to be a customer❤️ Thank you Coggins!

We were out of state so everything was via phone and e-mail.The car was held for us until we returned to Florida (1 month). Delivery of the car went smoothly. Operation of all acessories was explained. Lease options were throughly explained. Overall an excellent experience.
