Jeff was very helpful in helping us locate the 530i with the equiptment and color we wanted. We were out of state so everything was via phone and e-mail.The car was held for us until we returned to Florida (1 month). Delivery of the car went smoothly. Operation of all acessories was explained. Lease options were throughly explained. Overall an excellent experience.
