My service experience with Coggin BMW was good. I had to wait 3 hrs in total because of a programming recall. I was told a full diagnostic had to be run on the vehicle, thefore, the reason for the additional delay, although I only went there for an oil change. I did appreciate the fact that the service advisor did provide me updates as I waited for my vehicle.

The salesperson, manager and finance personnel were all professional, helpful and made the buying experience very pleasant.

Everyone did their job in a very timely manner. Everyone I spoke to was nice. Neil was wonderful. He is an asset to Coggin Motors.

This is my fourth car purchase from a Coggin dealership! From the time I arrived, the receptionist was pleasant and immediately assisted me, the Sales rep, Ronnie McFarland consistently made sure I was comfortable during the entire process and offered my beverages, food, and anything else I might need. Ronnie was my Sales Representative for the second time which did not disappoint! He took his time with me to ensure that I found the perfect car based on what I was looking for. Before, during and after the test drive, Ronnie took time to explain all the features of the car including safety in depth. He even let me practice the auto parking feature to ensure I was comfortable with it. When it came time to negotiate the sale, his Sales Manager, Dave Colonna, made it a point to come talk to me personally and provided me a fair sale price. The finance manager was also very friendly and I appreciated that although I used my own financing she was professional and didn’t pressure me to use the dealership financing. She also explained the additional services and extended warranty options thoroughly. Again, Ronnie remained attentive the entire time and made sure the car was completely set up, clean and a full tank of gas. When I was finally ready to drive off in my new car, he and the Sales a manager were there to see me off even snapping the picture I’ve included with this review. The entire experience felt as though I was visiting with family! Being a 4x repeat customer, I highly recommend Coggin and Ronnie McFarland.

Great experience! Best and easiest purchase of a new vehicle yet. Carlos Otameni was excellent, knowledgeable and informative. Paul Vincent was extremely helpful and made the process easy. It was a very good experience and I highly recommend Coggin BMW.

Fast efficient service

Everyone is always very friendly labor definitely is time consuming because of how the manufacturer makes the cars makes minor repairs very difficult. I definitely do not recommend them washing your vehicle before they return it to you. My car looks terrible after their attempt at washing my car, I’d rather them just not do it. I appreciate the repairs that they did as a courtesy on my newly purchased car.
