Had to bring in my BMW for service and a recall was issued that day so they did the update at the same time. As it was going to take longer than the original service, I was given a loaner so I would not have to wait around for an additional 2 hours. All the service people are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. A very pleasant service experience .
